On March 5, 2025, ASPICOR Ltd. signed a Grant Agreement with the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, with a total value of BGN 703,946.79, of which BGN 391,161.91 is the non-repayable financial aid. The contract is financed by the European Union through NEXT GENERATION EU, under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The project foresees the implementation of a package of energy-saving measures aimed at contributing to the energy renovation of the building of Hotel Bellevue, Sunny Beach Resort, and significantly reducing energy consumption by replacing existing heating and cooling systems, as well as lighting fixtures. The investments planned within the project will contribute to the rational use of energy and resources, as well as to reducing operational costs and the negative environmental impact.

The main objectives that ASPICOR Ltd. aims to achieve through the implementation of the project are:

• Improving the energy performance of the building of Hotel “BELVUE”;
• Reducing electricity costs;
• Achieving at least 30% savings in primary energy consumption;

The project is fully aligned with environmental goals based on the “do no significant harm” principle.

ASPICOR Ltd. announces a contractor selection procedure for the following project:

“Selection of a Contractor for Construction and Installation Works (CIW) of Hotel ‘Bellevue’ in Sunny Beach Resort with 3 separate lots:

• Lot 1: Execution of CIW according to the attached BoQ and delivery of equipment according to the Energy Saving Measures (ESM) for the cooling/heating generation systems;

• Lot 2: Execution of CIW according to the attached BoQ and delivery of equipment according to the ESM for the domestic hot water (DHW) systems;

• Lot 3: Execution of CIW according to the attached BoQ and delivery of equipment according to the ESM for lighting systems.”
